On a day that the weatherman predicted an 80% chance of rain throughout the day, no one expected to get a full 45 over game in. A washout was on the cards when DC woke up to dark clouds on Sunday morning and weather.com reported "heavy rain" in Oxon Hill. However, to everyone's pleasant surprize, Oxon Hill was dry and pitch in perfect condition for an on-time start despite overnight and early morning rain.
